Indian Pastry Chef in Medina


We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Pastry Chef to join our team in Medina. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious desserts and pastries that will satisfy our customers' sweet tooth. You must have a passion for baking and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of desserts and pastries according to recipes and restaurant standards
- Decorate and display pastries in an appealing manner
- Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and place orders when needed
- Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed while preparing, storing, and serving food
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on pastry techniques and recipes
- Collaborate with other chefs to create new dessert menu items
- Maintain cleanliness of the pastry station and equipment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, preferably in an Indian restaurant setting
- Knowledge of traditional Indian desserts is preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Creativity and attention to detail in decorating pastries
- Excellent time management skills to ensure pastries are ready for service on time
- Food handling certification is required
- Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.
