Sales Manager
We are in search of a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Nizwa, Kenya. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our sales team, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued business
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare regular sales reports for management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
