Barista - Coffee Shop Specialist (Filipinos Welcome)

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at a bustling coffee shop in Dickirch. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving delicious coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a love for coffee and people to join a dynamic team in a busy city.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages according to customer orders
- Ensure quality of drinks by following recipes and using proper equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments
- Maintain cleanliness of the cafe including tables, counters, equipment, and seating areas
- Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Educate customers on different coffee beans, brewing methods, and menu items
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Barista or in the foodservice industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work well in a team setting as well as independently
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
