Our busy bakery in Nairobi is seeking an experienced and skilled Egyptian Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes according to recipes and quality standards
- Monitor baking process and adjust temperatures or ingredients as needed
- Decorate baked goods using various techniques and tools
- Ensure all products are properly labeled with accurate ingredients and expiration dates
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Collaborate with other bakery staff to ensure efficient production flow
- Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and informing management of any shortages or needs
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling food products
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new techniques in baking

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef
- Knowledge of different baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and sanitation standards
- Ability to read recipes accurately
- Excellent time-management skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
