Online Consultant - Indian Nationals Only (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Online Consultant to join our growing team. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients through various online channels such as chat, email, and phone.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with their queries and concerns through online channels.
- Provide accurate and timely information on our products and services.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products to clients.
- Keep updated on industry trends and provide recommendations to improve our services.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.

Requirements:
- Indian national with excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in an online setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with ease.
- Proven track record of meeting targets and providing high-quality customer service.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: 1700$ per month
