Sales Manager - Doha, Qatar (Malayalee candidates preferred)
We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Doha, Qatar. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and proven leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and principles.
- Result-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Must be fluent in English (Malayalam proficiency is preferred).
- Must currently reside in Doha, Qatar.
