Sales Manager - Doha
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. This is an English-speaking job with a salary of $1400 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve company goals
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to achieve overall company objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a team towards success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients
- Experience in developing sales strategies and achieving targets
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs
- Fluency in English is required
- Must have valid work visa for Qatar
