Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time-management skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for the team
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings
- Process invoices and expense reports
- Keep track of employee attendance and vacations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; post-secondary education in business administration or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as an office administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $1000 per month
