As an English Speaking Moderator in Ufa, Egypt, you will be responsible for moderating online discussions and forums, ensuring that all content is appropriate and adheres to community guidelines. You will also be responsible for responding to user inquiries and providing support when needed. This position requires fluency in English and previous experience as a moderator is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and forums to ensure all content is appropriate
- Respond to user inquiries and provide support when needed
- Enforce community guidelines and take action against inappropriate content or behavior
- Collaborate with other moderators to maintain a positive online community
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for moderation
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the moderation process

Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Previous experience as a moderator preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Attention to detail and ability to spot inappropriate content or behavior
- Knowledge of online communities and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Ufa, Egypt (accommodation provided)
