Moderator for Online Community

As a Moderator for our online community, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for our users. You will monitor discussions and user-generated content, ensuring that all posts adhere to our community guidelines. Additionally, you will handle any disputes or conflicts that may arise and work to resolve them in a timely manner.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively moderate discussions and enforce community rules. You should also possess strong problem-solving abilities and be able to remain calm under pressure.

This is a full-time position based in Ufa, with a salary of $1200 per month. While experience is preferred, we are open to considering candidates who are passionate about community management and have the necessary skills to succeed in this role.
