Hotel Sales Manager - Vilnius, Lithuania



A reputable hotel in Vilnius, Lithuania is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy. Your main duties will include identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. This is a contract position with accommodation provided. Biometric passport required. Pakistani nationals preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify potential clients through research and networking
- Maintain relationships with existing key accounts
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure business
- Monitor market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest experience
- Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of market trends in the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in English required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
