Team Lead - Operations (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our growing team as a Team Lead - Operations. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This position is open to Indian nationals who have experience in operations management.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the team
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within established timelines
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of operations
- Create reports on team performance and provide updates to management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary: $1500 per month
