Web Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Sheduva. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating visually appealing and functional websites. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and create designs that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of graphic design principles, web development tools, and user experience design. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create visually appealing websites that meet client requirements
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to present design ideas
- Incorporate feedback from clients into designs
- Use web development tools such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bring designs to life
- Ensure website designs are user-friendly and optimized for different devices
- Conduct user testing to gather feedback on website designs
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 2+ years of experience in web design or related role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles including layout, color theory, typography
- Experience with web development tools (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS)
- Familiarity with responsive design techniques
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for website design
