Industrial Architect

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in Sheduva. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various industrial structures, such as factories, warehouses, and power plants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative and efficient solutions for their projects. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of $1600 per month, along with accommodation and support for obtaining a biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and objectives
- Create detailed plans, designs, and blueprints for industrial structures
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Make revisions to plans as needed based on client feedback or changes in project scope
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in materials, technology, and building codes
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations related to industrial structures
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and contractors
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project demands

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on international projects
- Fluency in English
