Roofing Technician


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Technician to join our team in Washington. As a Roofing Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install new roofs on residential and commercial buildings
- Repair damaged roofs and identify any potential issues
- Perform regular maintenance on existing roofs to ensure longevity
- Use various tools and materials such as shingles, asphalt, and metal to complete projects
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to building codes at all times
- Communicate with clients to understand their roofing needs and provide recommendations/solutions
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in roofing installation, repair, and maintenance
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Knowledge of different roofing materials, techniques, and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Physical stamina and strength for heavy lifting and manual labor
- Valid biometric passport (if not a US citizen)

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Location:
