A busy construction site in Los Angeles is seeking a Nepali Loader to join our team. As a Loader, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to move materials, load trucks, and assist with general site maintenance. This position requires strong physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions. The ideal candidate will have experience operating loaders, as well as a valid driver's license and the ability to communicate effectively in English or Nepali.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment, including loaders, to move materials around the construction site
- Load and unload trucks with materials using the loader
- Assist with general site maintenance, including shoveling and cleaning debris
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols while operating equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in either English or Nepali

Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Previous experience operating loaders or other heavy equipment preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills in English or Nepali
