Project Manager



A reputable construction company in Akron is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and be able to lead and coordinate all aspects of a project from start to finish. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the budget, schedule, and quality of each project, while also ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Prepare progress reports for management
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven leadership abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with budgeting software preferred
