Hotel Sales Manager - Nairobi, Kenya (Indian Nationals Preferred)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Nairobi. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy in our hotel. Your main focus will be on attracting Indian clientele and maintaining relationships with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest experience
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Knowledge of the Indian market is preferred
- Must have a valid work permit for Kenya
