Dishwasher - Indian Cuisine (Temporary)


We are in need of a skilled dishwasher to join our team at an Indian restaurant in Bungoma. As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area. This is a temporary position with free visa and ticket provided.

Requirements:
- Must have experience working as a dishwasher in an Indian restaurant
- Ability to handle high volume of dishes and utensils
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English

Responsibilities:
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and utensils using the dishwashing machine or by hand
- Sort and stack clean dishes properly for storage
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen including sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash
- Assist with food preparation when needed
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety
- Adhere to all sanitation guidelines set by the restaurant
- Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this temporary position.
