Registered Nurse - Nakuru, Kenya

Our hospital in Nakuru is seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a registered nurse, you will provide compassionate and quality patient care while adhering to professional and ethical standards. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. You must have excellent communication and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical and psychological needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Adhere to professional standards, regulations, and ethical guidelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
- Valid nursing license in Kenya
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a registered nurse
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate attitude towards patients and their families

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position with flexible hours. Part-time options may also be available. This position does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship.
