Office Assistant for Indian Company in Nakuru
We are a fast-growing Indian company located in Nakuru, seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Assistant. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage office correspondence, including emails and mail
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Create and maintain filing systems
- Prepare documents and reports as required
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Keep the office clean and organized
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or similar administrative role
- Must have a valid biometric passport
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
