Sales Manager - Indian Market (Nakuru, Kenya)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our multinational company in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our Indian market, driving sales and developing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the Indian market to drive growth and meet revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on the latest trends and competition in the Indian market.
- Train and lead the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to achieve their targets.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager in the Indian market.
- Excellent knowledge of Indian culture, business practices, and consumer behavior.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success.
- Excellent communication skills in English with proficiency in Hindi preferred.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within India.
