Seamstress - Clothing Alterations Specialist

As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clothing alterations and repairs to our clients. You must have a keen eye for detail and excellent sewing skills to ensure that all garments are altered to fit perfectly. This role requires strong communication skills as you will be working closely with clients to understand their specific alteration needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting fittings and measurements with clients
- Performing alterations and repairs on various types of clothing
- Operating sewing machines, sergers, and other equipment
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Communicating with clients to understand their alteration needs
- Providing excellent customer service by ensuring client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a seamstress or clothing alterations specialist
- Strong sewing skills and knowledge of garment construction techniques
- Ability to operate sewing machines, sergers, and other equipment effectively
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Knowledge of different fabrics and their properties is preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1600 per month

City: Nakuru, Kenya (Preference for Filipinos or Nepali)

Employment Type: Full-time with visa sponsorship available.
