Land Surveyor
As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for measuring and mapping land terrain to determine property boundaries and establish legal property lines. You will use specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and GIS to collect data and create accurate maps. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to provide accurate land information for development projects. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Previous experience in surveying or a related field is preferred but not required. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual with an interest in land development and mapping.
Salary: $1100 per month
City: Eldoret, Kenya
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying, civil engineering or related field
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and GIS
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong mathematical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Egyptian nationality preferred (but not required)
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
