As a Moderator and Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging and relevant content for our online platform in Shan. Your role will also involve moderating user-generated content to ensure it aligns with our company's standards and policies.

Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, original, and engaging content in Shan language for our online platform
- Work closely with the content team to develop new ideas and concepts for content creation
- Moderate user-generated content to ensure it meets our company's standards and policies
- Monitor discussions, comments, and feedback on our platform to maintain a positive community atmosphere
- Provide guidance and support to users as needed
- Conduct research on current trends and topics in Shan-speaking communities to stay updated on relevant content opportunities

Requirements:
- Fluent in both written and spoken Shan
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and informative content
- Knowledge of online platforms such as social media, forums, or blogs
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor
- Attention to detail and ability to adhere to company guidelines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.
