Surveyor – Land and Property Valuation Specialist

As a Surveyor – Land and Property Valuation Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and valuations of land and property in the city of Eschen, Egypt. You will work closely with clients to accurately assess the value of their land and property, considering factors such as location, size, and potential for development.

Your primary duties will include conducting physical inspections of properties, analyzing data from previous surveys and sales records, and preparing detailed reports on your findings. You will also be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on matters related to land and property valuation.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of surveying techniques as well as knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding land and property valuation. Additionally, excellent communication skills are essential for effectively working with clients and presenting your findings in a clear manner.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month. As an added benefit, our company offers visa sponsorship for foreign employees who are not already authorized to work in Egypt.
