Restaurant Manager - Triesen, Liechtenstein
We are currently hiring a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to attract and retain customers and increase revenue.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant including inventory management, staff scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Create and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as needed to maximize profitability.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items or promotional offers.
