We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Salalah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth. They will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. A successful candidate must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record in hotel sales management. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Candidates of all nationalities are welcome to apply, and part-time or remote work options may be considered. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business deals
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure successful execution of events or promotions
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the hotel's services
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors' activities, and customer preferences
- Train and supervise junior members of the sales team
