Junior Network and Systems Administrator

We are a growing technology company located in Faisalabad and we are seeking a talented Junior Network and Systems Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting our network infrastructure and maintaining the health and security of our systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network protocols, experience with server administration, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Responsibilities:
- Provide support for network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and access points
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Maintain system security by implementing firewalls, virus protection software, and other security measures
- Manage server administration tasks such as user account management, backups, and software updates
- Handle technical support requests from end-users and provide timely resolutions
- Develop documentation for network configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and system upgrades
- Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement in the network infrastructure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in network administration or related role
- Strong understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with server administration on Windows or Linux platforms
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V is a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and end-users
