Part-Time Architectural Designer

As a part-time Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and drafting designs for various architectural projects. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and strong technical skills in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp. You will work closely with the project team to develop innovative and functional design solutions that meet the client's needs.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural designs using software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Collaborate with project team members to develop design concepts
- Research and analyze building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant requirements
- Prepare presentation materials for client meetings
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess design feasibility
- Review construction documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to design specifications
- Continuously stay updated on new trends, techniques, and technologies in architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software
- Good understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes
- Attention to detail with excellent technical drawing skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have a biometric passport or be eligible for one
