Commercial Architect

A successful commercial architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative and functional solutions that meet budget and timeline requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, including budget, timeline, and design preferences
- Develop detailed plans and drawings for commercial buildings and structures
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Research and recommend materials and construction methods that meet project needs
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to design plans
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations related to commercial construction
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, contractors, engineers, etc.
- Project management experience preferred

Location: This position is located in Lahore but remote work may be considered for candidates outside of Lahore.

Salary: This position offers a competitive salary of $1000 per month.
