Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Funchal. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track and within budget
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project updates and progress
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software
- Biometric passport for travel to various countries if needed

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Funchal (willingness to travel to other locations as needed)
