This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1300$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content on our platforms, including comments, posts, and images
- Enforce community guidelines and policies by flagging inappropriate or offensive content
- Respond to user inquiries and provide support when needed
- Collaborate with other team members to identify trends and potential issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content moderation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
- Ability to remain unbiased while moderating diverse viewpoints
