Senior Architect


We are hiring a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Svalbard. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects. Your exceptional technical skills and creative vision will be utilized to ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to deliver successful projects
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines, and oversee their implementation
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in accordance with design plans
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, regulations, and technology advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 10 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within budget and timeline
- Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, construction materials, and techniques
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
