Industrial Architect

We are a leading architecture firm in Oslo and we are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers. Your main goal will be to create functional, safe, and efficient spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their specific needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Create detailed designs and blueprints using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of proposed designs
- Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed according to plans and within budget
- Work closely with contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality of work and adherence to timelines
- Review building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the design or construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
