Administrative Assistant for Canadian Company in Dukhan
We are a Canadian company operating in Dukhan, seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Schedule appointments and meetings for management team
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
Salary: 1400$ per month
