Administrative Assistant for African-based Company in Dukhan
Our growing African-based company in Dukhan is seeking a skilled and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to all departments and assist in daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate department
- Greeting and assisting visitors and clients
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering when needed
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files
- Assisting with travel arrangements for employees
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus
- Proven experience working in an office setting or similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information
Salary: $1100 per month
