Restaurant Server - Al-Rayyan



We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Restaurant Servers at our bustling establishment in Al-Rayyan. As a Restaurant Server, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they have an enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks to tables in a professional manner
- Ensure tables are clean and set up properly for the next customers
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with patience and professionalism
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Assist with general restaurant duties as needed

Requirements:
- Must be Pakistani or Nepali nationality
- No English language skills required
- Must have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 12th grade education or equivalent
- Previous experience is not required but is considered an asset
