Waiter/Waitress

We are hiring a highly motivated and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Al-Rayyan. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and promptly from customers
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customers are satisfied with their meals and address any concerns or issues
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using the POS system
- Maintain a clean and tidy dining area by clearing tables, resetting utensils, and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food orders
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (French language skills are an asset)
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing top-notch service to customers
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Al-Rayyan (Preference for Canadian nationals or those with English language proficiency)
