Handyman - Lusail, Qatar

As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks to maintain and repair properties in Lusail, Qatar. Your main duties will include performing basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work, as well as painting and general maintenance tasks. This position is suitable for men who are English speaking and do not require accommodation.

To excel in this role, you should have experience in basic maintenance work and be skilled in using various tools. You must also demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Perform basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures
- Complete minor electrical work such as changing light bulbs and outlets
- Conduct carpentry tasks including repairing furniture, installing shelves, and hanging doors
- Paint interior walls and touch up any damaged areas
- Handle general maintenance duties such as changing air filters and repairing appliances
- Inspect properties regularly for any potential issues or hazards
- Communicate effectively with property owners to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies when needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in basic maintenance work

- Good communication skills (English)
