A reputable bakery in Bayan is seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and be able to produce high-quality breads, pastries, and desserts. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing doughs, batters, and fillings, as well as monitoring oven temperatures and ensuring all products are baked to perfection. You must have at least 2 years of experience in a professional bakery setting and be able to work efficiently under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a professional Baker
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and recipes
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.
- Good communication skills in English
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays if needed
- Must be able to work legally in Bayan without the need for visa sponsorship

Responsibilities:
- Preparing doughs, batters, fillings, and other ingredients according to recipes
- Monitoring oven temperatures and adjusting as needed
- Baking breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other desserts
- Decorating baked goods with icing or other toppings
- Ensuring all products are baked to perfection
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Ordering supplies as needed
- Assisting with inventory management
- Collaborating with other team members on new recipe development
