Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative and authentic Indian dishes for our menu
- Manage kitchen operations including inventory, ordering, scheduling, and budgeting
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Ensure food quality meets our standards of excellence
- Monitor kitchen equipment for proper functioning and maintenance needs
- Collaborate with management on menu development, special events, and promotions
- Adhere to all sanitation regulations and maintain a clean working environment
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu offerings

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in upscale restaurants or hotels
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine with the ability to create unique dishes while staying true to traditional flavors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
