We are hiring a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects. Your role will involve working closely with architects and engineers to ensure that designs are accurate and feasible. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods. Proficiency in CAD software is also required. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed construction plans
- Utilize CAD software to create technical drawings and models

- Communicate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
