We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our growing team in Las Vegas. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces to create structures such as roads, sidewalks, and foundations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris and setting up equipment
- Measure and mark designated areas for concrete placement
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using various tools and techniques
- Smooth and level concrete surfaces using hand or power tools
- Monitor curing process and make adjustments as needed
- Install reinforcement materials such as rebar or wire mesh
- Finish surfaces with concrete finishers or trowels
- Repair damaged concrete structures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with concrete in a construction setting
- Strong knowledge of mixing ratios and concrete placement techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials needed

Salary:
