Indian Administrator in Los Angeles
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Indian Administrator to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position without accommodation, so you must have your own valid visa to work in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
