Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Salalah. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the office. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have experience working in an office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing correspondence
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Oversee the work of support staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise in the office
- Develop and implement efficient office policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Indian nationality with fluency in English (Arabic would be a plus)
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
