Information Security Analyst - Umm-Salal


We are hiring an Information Security Analyst to join our team in Umm-Salal. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting our company's sensitive information from potential cyber threats and attacks. Your main duties will include conducting security audits, implementing security measures, and continuously monitoring our systems for any vulnerabilities.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of information security principles and practices, as well as experience with various security tools and technologies. A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
- Implement security measures to protect our company's systems and data
- Monitor networks and systems for any suspicious activity or breaches
- Investigate security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation
- Develop and maintain security policies and procedures
- Conduct training sessions to educate employees on information security best practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in information security

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Proven work experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of information security principles, practices, and technologies
- Experience with network monitoring tools such as SIEM or IDS/IPS
- Familiarity with vulnerability management tools like Nessus or Qualys
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are a plus
