Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to improve productivity and quality of work

- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards
- Collaborate with other teams to improve overall operations and achieve company goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role
