We are seeking a responsible and experienced babysitter to join our family in Izhevsk, Russia. As a babysitter, you will be responsible for providing quality care for our children and ensuring their safety at all times. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for the children
- Prepare and serve meals according to the children's dietary needs
- Engage in age-appropriate activities with the children such as arts and crafts, games, and outdoor play
- Help with homework and school assignments
- Supervise children's daily routines including bathing, dressing, and bedtime
- Keep track of children's schedules and communicate any changes to parents
- Monitor children's behavior and report any concerns or issues to parents

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a babysitter or nanny
- Fluent in Malayalee language (English is not required)
- Must be comfortable working without supervision
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Good communication skills with both children and parents
- Must be able to provide references from previous childcare positions
