Our luxury hotel in Los Angeles is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing revenue for the hotel through developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential growth areas
- Collaborate with other departments to create promotional packages and special offers
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the hotel
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Train and mentor sales team members to ensure they meet their targets
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the hotel

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
